Steve was a good enough sport to help me work on one of my vintage macs (A G4 Cube.) We discovered enough to make me figure it out mostly myself later on, which I enjoy. I would not hesitate to bring your Mac to Steve for any issue or upgrade you would like to do. He is a pleasure to work with and has 27 years of experience working on macs. My older Mac was freezing up and I was on the verge of buying a refurbished computer. Steve sat down with me and the computer and cleared out all kinds of things that were slowing it down. Most importantly he figured out that my modem is not compatible with my operating system, which I highly doubt most would figure out. He made an adjustment and now they work together. The last time I had my computer fixed somewhere else I dropped it off, they upgraded one thing and I got it back a few days later. Steve took the time to investigate and figure out what was really the problem, learn how I use my computer, clear out things I don't use, and teach me ways to do things better. It was fixed in about 1.5 hr, and even with purchasing a new battery it was under $200. I couldn't be happier!
