Wires Computing

Wires Computing is a great business! I needed an internal DC power jack replaced in my custom laptop. Two other repair centers that I contacted do not do any repairs that require soldering; but wires does. The Tech specialists at Wires are very courteous, and knowledgeable individuals. They repaired my laptop with no issues and this exchange was an overall great experience! I highly recommend Wires Computing!

They did an amazing job. My phone 6s is in practically new condition and it just stopped charging. Trusted them and they micro soldered a new chip for the charger. Got it back within three days of me shipping it out. Very impressed with the work and the price. Highly recommend to anyone.

Wires computing is a reliable and fast place to get your devices fixed. When going in Alex was so helpful and made it a place that I wanted to leave my computer with. Only took about 5 days and got the confirmation that it was completed. Picking up my laptop was another story. The other employee which I don't know his name was kind of rude and had absolutely no customer service. No hello how are you? It was are you dropping off or picking up, mind you with attitude. Working in customer service i found this unacceptable and uncomfortable. Not sure if I will return to them for future problems.

It was an amazing experience for a non-computer person. Very patient, understanding people and willing to take the time to explain all options and what the outcomes would be. Great service, quick turn around time and very reasonable price wise.

These folks are amazing - incredibly knowledgeable and great costumer service. I brought in a 2012 Mac Book Pro which was limping along for quite some time and finally just about crashed. They recommended an upgraded hard drive - I now have a 1 terabyte hard drive and a Mac Book that runs better than when I first bought it. I was on the verge of dropping $1400 to replace what I thought was a dinosaur - instead I spent less than $400 and could not be happier. Special shout out to Alexandra - thanks for your expertise and very quick turn around time. This place rocks!
