The Mule Tavern

Great atmosphere and feel. Night I came (after 10:30 though ) was very chill. People playing pool, drinking and having fun. No qualms at all. Beer is well priced and readily available. I'm not a mixed or specialty drinker so I can't go into that. Bottom line, I like this place. I am coming from Arizona Tempe area bar land which is freakin' awesome so it's good right now. Bye!!

Great place to unwind. Millie is one of the best bartenders in town. Fair, honest and hard working establishment with friendly costumers and excellent music. It's a come as you are feel at the Mule tavern and they back that by there service and integrity and providing good honest business to the South end community without judgement. Bring proper I.D. they do there job there and a fine job at that. Stop in a don't forget to tip you bartenders Millie and Megan there working for your good times, keep them in the loop of life and share.

Tasty drinks, good food and an awesome staff. Spirits and beer selection is too notch. If you're not sure what you'd like they will craft a cocktail for you. Sam and Megan greet every one with a smile and respect. The other patrons are friendly and entertaining. Tonight I was asked to solve a distance and velocity problem for an object thrown from height using quadratic equations. My brain exploded.

Wish I had more to say about the place. It's not bad. But it's not great either. It's quite average. I'm not sure what the parking situation would've been like if I came during busy hours. If you want a chill place to grab a drink, give them a look. It's down the main strip if you want to stop in after going to the museum or something.

I've been coming to this bar consistently for the last year and it is one of the best bars in this area. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent (you NEED to try the nachos), and its 25 cents to play pool whereas everywhere else is $1.
