The Office Cocktail Bar & Lounge

Decent beer selection and the service is reasonably quick considering everytime I've been there its been pretty full. They also now have a window where you can get different styles of tater tots and grilled cheeses which are delicious!

I've stopped into The Office a few different times and overall I am not a fan nor impressed. I think perhaps my best experience was late afternoon with only a few people at the bar. Otherwise, this is perhaps the most cliquey bar I've been to around town such causes service problems... If it's after work has let out and/or an evening where there are enough regulars to fill the bar. Best of luck getting some service, and once you do, don't open a tab. It becomes extremely difficult to close because the bartenders are typically busy chatting it up with the regulars. Drinks are ok, but there are plenty of other places with better drinks downtown.

This bar needs to decide what it wants to be. I went in to have drinks with friends, thinking it would be a relaxed environment. I was wrong. The rap music was blaring; I couldn't even carry a conversation without yelling. Cocktail lounge? More like the cantina from star wars with worse music.

The waitress didn’t know how to make a Manhattan. It’s a “cocktail bar.” When I walked her through it, she served it to me saying “here it is, but we don’t have bitters.” And then forced me to order a beer due to the $10 minimum on credit cards. Do yourself a favor and go the half block to Me and Billy.
