The Optical Shop at the Brook House

Extremely nice owner, as others have mentioned! My mother-in-law was visiting and the lens popped out of her glasses. I decided to stop by here to see if someone could help us. We were warmly received and her glasses were good as new within 2 minutes and at no charge. He even tightened my glasses which had become loose. Definitely give this place a try the next time you need an exam or glasses! I know I will :

Felix was a life saver. My husband is at a nearby hospital and popped his lens out of his frames. I called The Optical Shop and Felix offered to help right away. It's people like this that do little things but he made a giant difference in someone's life, my husband is able to see again so quickly!! Felix is one of the nicest, most patient guys I have ever met. He genuinely wants to make sure you’re happy with your glasses, and he has so much experience that he’s honest and forthright with what may or may not be a good match for your face shape and color. This past week I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses game changer!! and glasses, and even though there was a line for Felix, he made me feel like I was the only customer there. So much appreciation for Felix and how good he is at his job! Highly recommend!

Amazing Experience - The process couldn't have went any better. I was recommended to Felix from a good friend of mine. I was just looking to have my prescription put into frames that I already had. He was able to not only order my lenses but have them shipped and replaced in 2 DAYS!!!! Which I thought was absolutely crazy. Best experience ever and I would higher recommend him to anyone.

could not recommend coming here for your glasses enough!! i visited to have a new pair of prescription lenses put in a pair of glasses frames i’d bought and felix was phenomenal. he was kind and patient and made sure i knew what i was purchasing with lens types. when i went in to pick up the glasses, he made sure everything was okay with them. after a couple days, i realized my prescription was off due to a different optician giving me a bad eye exam, and felix was more than happy to take a look at my old glasses and compare them, as well as hold up some handheld versions of the eye exam sliding glasses and figure out what worked best, all for no extra charge! his generosity and help has made this process a breeze! cannot recommend this place more

I highly recommend this shop. Tried on glasses at a bunch of places, but The Optical Shop at Brook House had the right price and selection of styles. But what really clinched it for me was Felix. He's got a wonderful personality and made me feel like he cared - talked about style, sizing, lens quality, etc. and gave me a call when everything was ready to pick up. Haven't regretted the purchase since! Hope this place is around for many years to come.

Felix was wonderful! My grandmother broke her plastic glasses frame and he was able to repair them the same day, with a smile! I truly appreciate his kindness and highly recommend him!!
