Personal, Effective and Fun I know Julia works with athletes, but I am not one of them yet. I had no routine for exercise and for the most part hated it. In the last year I have grown to enjoy exercise, look forward to it and have advanced knowledge proper technique. I am now empowered to be a healthier and happier person. I highly recommend the Perfect Fit they are above and beyond the best around.

This is the place where you will really find a Personal Trainer. I am days away from celebrating my second year workout anniversary with Julia... and the cool thing is that I continue to see improvements toward the look and function of my body! I have been able to "stick with it" because of the variety of exercises offered, as well as, the special environment found in this workout studio. Do yourself a favor. Check it out. You will not regret the training investment - totally worth it!

At The Perfect Fit, Julia is a truly amazing individual! She is so much more than just a fabulous trainer who will help you reach your physical goals! She is a genuinely caring soul who wants to help you reach ALL your goals! True success can start anywhere and she helps you find that mindset. Julia is the best personal trainer I've ever had. OK, i've only had 5 others :) She considers my goals and objectives and builds training programs that are a fit for me.
