Fitness Together

Hailey is a great trainer. I love my workouts (I never thought I'd say that) and I feel so good after each session. In addition to being fun to work with, Hailey is exceptional at working with 'my' body, helping to insure I do the workouts correctly to avoid injury, and she adapts the workouts to any pain points I have. She has multiple ways to work out different parts of the body and adapts the workouts to how my body is feeling. She pays close attention and knows when to push, when to encourage, and when to lighten up. She also is very good about planning ahead so I have my sessions booked and on the calendar. This helps me to plan my schedule and more importantly helps me hold myself accountable to get to my workouts. We plan a month out at a time and make adjustments if needed.

We have been training together as a couple at fitness together for a few months now, and we are loving it! We have worked with every single trainer and enjoy working with each of them. It has been a great decision for our health and for our relationship. We love the diversity of the workouts and it's great to learn new exercises that we wouldn't have known about otherwise.

I have been working out with Lonn at Fitness Together Maple Grove about 1.5 years. Every time I come in I know that I will get an excellent workout and he caters each workout to my needs. Lonn pushes me during my workout and has the ability to give me creative exercises that actually work. He has helped me over the time with all aspects of health and fitness. Fitness Together is a 1st class facility! I would recommend it to anyone who wants private individualized personal training.

I started working out at fitness together four years ago. I was looking for some distraction from a challenging family situation and thought that a serious commitment to excercise might be the answer. Fitness together turned out to be exactly what I needed. The studio has two smaller individual workout rooms and one larger room for small groups. If you have ever considered the idea of hiring a personal trainer or just want get healthier this is the place for you. The schedules are very flexible. If you need the same time slot every week or need to vary your visits they will accommodate you. I currently work with Lonn and Jenna. They both bring a strong skill set combined with experience to create a workout which will match your needs specifically. I’ve had some knee pain recently and they were able to adapt my workouts to avoid further injury while continuing my progress. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks guys.

After seeing many positive reviews on Facebook, I decided it was my turn to try Fitness Together. From the initial appointment with John, to completing my first 6 sessions, I have had a great experience. Three things have most impressed me; They listen to my concerns and goals They evaluate my condition and create a plan specific to my needs I can, already, feel improvement without feeling sore the next day. I finally feel like I'm at the right place to achieve my goals.
