I've had great experiences every time I've visited. I had trouble finding the right food for my dog with her allergies, and the staff here is incredibly well informed and helpful. Delivery is also fast and easy. Highly recommend over other pet stores in the neighborhood.

Lots of treats, toys and good food for the little ones, definitely great service, they also deliver, love this place.

I placed an order on a Sunday when they don't deliver. The order came on Monday with only one item, three were ordered, correct. I called. They said they would send out the correct order. The replacement came. I just peeked into the bag and saw that the desired litter was correct. However, on Tuesday at 10pm when I had run out of the cat food I use, I discovered the cat food sent was wrong! When I called this morning the man that answered said something must have happened in the truck, he had packed it himself. I then quoted the receipt that came with the package showing that he had packed the wrong thing. Needless to say I won't deal with them again.
