The Pie Pizzeria - So Jordan

We ordered by the slice. I got the tomato and a slice of the day. It was so good. The plain cheese is amazing too. We got a salad and it was huge, fresh and the dressing was tasty. We loved the vegan options for my dairy free husband too. We can't wait to go back. It was a chilly day and the fire outside was perfect. We also got the bread sticks and although they were good, we all were so full after one slice we didn't need them. The table next to us ordered a huge pie...it was a monster. What a fun large group meal idea! The drink options were yummy too. We all loved it!

I know pizza opinions are very unreliable, but this is 100% the best pizza I’ve had in the state of Utah. It’s a cool location with indoor/ covered outdoor and an upstairs. It can get pretty crowded but it is definitely worth the wait. The sauce and loads of cheese on this pizza is to die for. Definitely in my top 3 for best pizzas I’ve ever had. Well done 👏🏼

This was my first time going to The Pie and it was fantastic. I had 3 slices (so like a whole regular-sized pizza): 2 of the "supreme" and 1 of the Hawaiian. They were full of toppings, and sitting out in the patio was a nice experience with the fire (a bit warm for now though).

I had been to The Pie near the University and it was awesome pizza. I don't know if the recipes or ingredients changed, but I have been to the Murray location and this South Jordan location and neither met my expectations of the original. If you want a non-chain style pizza this may be it. The pizza in general is all about the cheese. The Pie offers some really large pizzas, but for my money I would go somewhere else. In fact I can say that I live about 3 minutes from here and I have not been in over a year, because it is expensive and underwhelming. If you want a slice of bread with a pound of cheese this is your place though. Update: We went here for my wife's birthday in December 2017 and the food was much better than it has been in the past. I think that the pizza is far superior if you eat it in house. I think when you get it to go or delivered it just get gets too soggy. I increased my score from a 3 to a 4 since my last experience.

Good pizza. Not New York style, but good. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, beer, and several other food options besides pizza. We got the 16" combo and it was an insane amount of food. Really too many toppings and too much crust for me but they use good ingredients so I bet the other pies are tasty.
