Big Daddy's Pizza

I placed an order for my son's birthday party in July. After picking the order up and got it home to feed everyone I discovered it was the wrong pizzas. When I called to correct the order I was told I could buy the correct pizza for a discounted amount. I advised I would not pay for more pizza because they had made a mistake. By the end of the call they had rectified the problem and advised me I would get 50% off my next order. Well... I just call to place an order and was told there were no notes and they don't remember this issue. Needless to say I was not given my discount I was promised. Extremely disappointed in this locations attention to customer service.

Good pizza for a good price. Super fast pickup as well. The veggie is a go to. They also have really good dessert options and shakes.

Ordered through deal dash.. 2 med 2 topping pizzas, garlic bread and a 2 liter.. driver delivered. No garlic bread. Called big daddy's.. tried to explain it to one employee. Who raised his voice and tried to tell me I didn't order the garlic bread. It's on my receipt. They need classes in customer service. Very unprofessional. manager was very unprofessional as well.. they will rip you off..i will never order from this place again and will never recommend it to anyone. Food was not worth the price. Get better service and food at little Caesars.

The best location in utah by far a higher quality and standard than any other store. The cleanest location I've ever seen. The manager, Jason, is the most courteous professional I've ever met. He always gets my order made with perfection. This location is highly recommended! A very high quality pizza store! A+! 120%! Jason, king of the Big Daddy's All of the guys at the store are great. Extremely pro location!

Y'all I don't write reviews, but I had to do it tonight, have you ever had someone jump your bones and you had to tell someone. THIS PIZZA LEFT ME WANTING MORE GOOD LAWD! "Once you have Big Daddy's you always come back" left me with more than one meaning tonight. If you haven't eaten here you are missing out because praise everything cheese and pepperoni this place is so good! If I could give 10 stars I would! You better get it Big Daddy!!
