Brick Oven

Food is below average, you could get a better pizza from the freezer section at your local grocery store. Price is high. There is no obvious correlation between the salad bar and the pizza. Meaning, it took me 10 min to figure out that they offer a pizza and salad bar combo. The pizza and salad bar combo is priced at $15, but for kids of any age it is $7.50. Meaning I would have had to pay $15 to feed my 2 and 4 year old that between them didn't eat one slice.

This place is the best! Great tasting food and the service is better than most Brazilian Steakhouses out there. Cassi you’re doing a wonderful job. Also, Tavia, provided over the top phenomenal service - I was tucked away in the corner and she stopped by frequently, totally enhancing the experience. Felt like family here more than a patron. Thank you!!!

Probably won't be back to this location again if I can help it. We came about a year ago for a family reunion and were disappointed in the same things. We call the salad bar the "frozen bar" because it seems more than half the salad bar is always frozen or pieces of it actually have ice crystals still on them. Wilting lettuce and greens also are in great supply so if you like your lettuce with a little more... oomph, than this is the place for you. The pizza is okay but very greasy. We had to ask for extra napkins to get enough of the grease off so we wouldn't have to feel like our faces were swimming in oil. The service was good but we got there right when they opened. As I said, we won't be back if we have the choice.

Absolute trash. The only brick oven to go to is Provo. This location has horrific service, low quality food, and doesn't even offer the whole menu like you get in Provo. The entire place was filthy, tables were taking over half an hour to be cleaned when it wasn't even busy. There is garbage all over the floors, it looks like it gets vacuumed once a week. It's amazing how a good restaurant can have a second location that is so bad I felt like I was eating at chuck e cheese. If this was my first experience at a brick oven there is a zero percent chance of ever returning. If you want brick oven go to Provo. It's worth the trip to avoid this cesspool at all costs.

The soup and salad here was good. The homemade root beer was fantastic. The pizza was meh. We got their special where they brought lots of different kinds of pizza around kind of like a Brazilian steakhouse. I tried a lot of kinds that they offered and wasn't impressed by the pizza. I will say that we came as a very large group and they were very gracious taking care of all of us.
