The Pie Pizzeria - Take Out & Delivery

Seriously the best customer service of any food restaurant I've been to in at least ten years. I purchase pizza here for my department every month or so and always order 5 - 7 Large pizzas. I always call them when you start taking orders at 9:00 AM and they have them ready by lunchtime at 11:00 AM. I have never been asked to tip (which I always do anyways) I just am not pressured. They seriously do the best job not even expecting a tip! They are incredible. Please everyone though, leave a tip if you think they've done a great job or exceeded your expectation, that goes a long way in customer service industry. Also, huge shout out to the Manager Zack and the take out location, I seriously can't say anything but good things about this guy. I ordered 6 pies from this guy today and went to pick up and pay for them and forgot my purchasing credit card at the office. He still gave me the pies and I called in when I got back to the office with them to pay for the order. Most places won't let you take anything without paying, even returning customers. So thanks to Zack for helping me out to make the lunch order for my team on time, even though I forgot my card. I really appreciate it. Sorry for the long review. I never do these. I just really appreciate such a great company. OH and the pizza is on point too! Tastes great!

The pie never fails. Delivery can take a while sometimes. The cheese pull apart so are a thing of dreams, fueling that cheese addiction! Their large 23" pizza is great for parties, it really is gigantic. The pieces in the middle are so cheesey! Even the gluten free pizza is great, the gluten free pull apart so leave some to be desired though.

Great Pizza. Service is not nearly as good, staffed with less than stellar people who often give attitude or just are unpleasant. The location is amazing right off campus and that fact has kept them going strong. They have such constant business because of this, they don't need to try and be friendly as there is little risk of lost business.

Pros: It's tasty. Greateat pies and selection of special ingredients. Pull aparts are amazing. Cons: Definitely not the place to order a vegetarian pizza. I've ordered pizza from these guys a dozen times. Thought I'd try the vegetables. It's soggy. Moisture pooled up on the middle of the pizza. Not good. Consensus: Still the best damn pizza in the state.

I have a friend who works here. He told me about the event that all the recent one star reviews are misreporting. All from a single event. There was no discrimination, no food tampering, and the staff was respectful. The people in question were disregarding the posted rules against video recordings, and when they failed to listen to multiple requests to comply, they were asked to leave. After which, they harassed the business with several prank calls from phony numbers until they were forced to ignore numbers unknown by Caller ID. PS. I gave a rating equal to the current average so as not to upset said average with a biased rating.
