The Pines Apartments

A very safe and peaceful place with a hint of nature around the property, you can see rabbits, squirrels and a lot of birds. No noisy at all! My neighbors are super friendly and helpful. There is a trail very close to the property where you can go for a run, or a hike and the general stores are close by. The Property Managment holds this place very clean and takes care immediately on any issues you address, especially Rachael the Property Manager gives this place a lot of love and warmness. Overall, I feel this is a unique place in Henderson and I'm very lucky to got a unit in here! Ricardo

Rachael Sigmund the manager that has been here has been nothing short of extraordinary and have seen nothing but positive results since she has been here. To Whom It May Concern, Every once in a while, we all get to share positive thoughts and feelings within our community. Such is the case with me and wanting to share what a wonderful experience we have had living here at the Pines Apartments in Henderson. When Fusion Management took a more proactive role in managing this complex, it was my first time meeting and getting to know the leasing manager, Rachael Sigmund. As time passed, we encountered some of the usual maintenance issues all tenants and managers encounter. Rachael addressed each and every maintenance request promptly and with a degree of efficiency and caring that every problem get resolved quickly and with a total tenant satisfaction that I have never encountered before. What I had discovered most interestingly, Rachael's' on-going commitment to a degree of excellence to each and every concern or "emergency" situation which we encountered as part of normal maintenance requests all leasing managers have to deal with. Her promises to us were met with 100% promptness with never any excuses as to why our needs and concerns were not addressed in a timely or non-professional manner. Refreshing and reassuring! Truly, Rachael excels in her field with her biggest asset belonging to most successful managers and executives, caring with professionalism. It's an on going joy to live at the Pines Apartments. Been about a year of the new management and it's been such a great change of fresh air to have. they get all maintenance orders done with efficiency and fast timing. Rachael from the front office gets the community together every month and is always able to get in contact with. Very good communication.

Living in the Pines apartment gives me an incredible feeling of security. The complex is quiet, friendly, and safe. My family is happy to live here. Most of all, the manager, Rachael, is awesome; her management adds a plus to this place.

Rachael is a bright Star shinning like no other at The Pines Apartments !!! She is personable. She listens to your questions or requests or a small issues with a smile and SHE FIXES the problem. I lived in the apartment complex for about 3 years and in Las Vegas for 45 years and she is by far the most competent and the most wonderful person you can ask for. Please don't take her away!!!

Rachael is a very good manager with a cool personality! She is available to get in contact with and she always makes sure to put in work orders for anything that needs to be fixed.

Sherri and Scott are an extremely valuable asset to this property and the company. The fact that they have been here for more than 20 yrs. should be considered a tribute to their abilities. My relationship with them has always been cordial and even neighborly. My maintenance concerns have always been addressed promptly and efficiently. The age of the buildings and lack of certain design and security measures can only be addressed through significant corporate investment so I am comfortable recommending The Pines.
