The Priest is a beast! We hiked this trail on one of the windiest days of the year with 4 very small children. It was a challenge, but VERY rewarding! I can see us doing it again on a nice day, and I can definitely see us doing it again without the kids for an overnight hike/camping trip. We parked in The Priest Wilderness parking lot on hwy 56 & had about a 7 mile hike out and back to the overlook. It was beautiful.
