The Riding School

I just wanted to take the time out to give Beth 5 stars. My little sister took lessons from her when she was just 5 years old and Beth was so amazing with her. She is so kind and patient. She has a wealth of knowledge about horses and takes her lessons very seriously. Safety is number one priority for her which I think is so great. I found it interesting to read the long comment from Gabriela Vazquez. From what I read it sounded like she was taking it upon herself to do things around the facility that was not asked of her, not to mention it could have been a huge liability for Beth. I understand that she was trying to help but as a business owner myself I too would have been very upset if someone was doing stuff on my facility without my knowledge or permission. That could have been a huge liability suit. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But I have known Beth now many years past and present and she is nothing but a kind hearted woman that is very passionate about her horses and her Riding School. I just wanted to share my positive experience about her as it is much different then what is being posted by a few others on the review page.

Beth is amazing! I have no clue what this one * review is talking about. She is knowledgeable, patient, nurturing, calm, and amazing with her students at all age levels. We are so blessed to have found Beth and her horses!

The Riding School is a wonderful place for children and adults at all levels to learn more about horsemanship and riding. I took lessons for many years, and was consistently impressed by the quality of the instruction and the excellent care the horses received. If you are looking for a way to begin to understand the world of equestrians, or are looking to build on skills you already have, this is the place! Clean, safe and friendly. You can't do better.

I agree with the long review and Boyers time bomb temper. My daughter and I had some lessons with Beth and I witnessed her being very nasty on more than 1,2,3 occasions. She tried to justify her behavior (as I'm sure I had a horrified and puzzled look on my face)saying how nasty and horrible these "people" are. In truth I'd encountered them every time I was there and they were friendly and always very courteous,even directing me when I arrived for initial lesson and had no idea where to go or wait. Based on my eyewitness accounts,I'd agree with the woman who had a bad experience. I haven't returned and don't plan to.

Camp Gramps was in full swing and gramps wasn't......so I started to seek out a "camp" for my little Angel. Understand, my little Angel eats, sleeps, talks and yes even runs horse......but had never met one ......yet. So I got it under my skin to make that dream of hers come true. I started calling down the list and very quickly became educated as to just how expensive it could become......Until I called the riding school. It was a dream come true......right in our own back yard and at $225.00 for the entire week!! What a deal. Ms. Beth has got to be the most down to earth "real", call it the way it is peeps I have ever met. I was very comfortable entrusting my greatest and most precious treasure to her. And most importantly.......she made Angel feel like family ........and me too. Everyday when I would pick Angel up ......lol....she would be so exhausted and yet so excited for the next day. NEVER has my little one wanted to go to bed ......at her bedtime.......but now she figured if she went to bed early.....she'd be up and it would be time to go to camp. (I'm lovin this) By the end of the week she had learned how to care for, groom, clean up after and ride these very well takn care of animals. Even bareback !! This was so awesome for Angel.....she met a new friend there and we plan on going for week two starting this morning with hernew friend and she is so stoked about going back ......I didn't even have to ask her to brush her teeth or make her bed !! I strongly give "The Riding School" the highest marks.........Beth is awesome, as was Madison......."oh!" and the puppies too.
