The Sandwich League

SUPER LETDOWN. I was so excited for this - the reviews all looked great, and muenster and grilled cheeses are pretty much my favorite thing ever. So I ordered the Cheesy Goodness (for the lovely price of $5 - with fries!) and was happy with the amount of food you got for only $5! But then I took a bite of the sandwich... and it was... bland. It tasted almost entirely of boring swiss - not muenster or cheese sauce. And I was bored and disappointed. Then the fries.. they were floppy (not crispy), and the fry sauce tasted like someone accidentally dumped a canister of chili powder in some other fry sauce - I'm not joking. I really hope that this was just a bad experience, because I'd love to come back next time I'm in Eugene.

Love these guys ❤ Food is always spot on. Great prices and staff. Best burgers and sandwiches around!

I liked their sandwiches, the slaw was different but good. They do offer some inside seating if you want to eat there. The help there that day seemed to not know much about the food when we asked questions.

Arrived just before 12 when they open. The employee opened promptly at 12 and welcomed the first guests. Was friendly and patient (my first time ordering with them). Loved the pork-on-pork and it was even more incredible with the habanero "sauce" it came with on the side. Well priced and received food quickly (about 10 min).
