The Skyroom Restaurant

I always have a great experience at the Sky Room at USU! The only thing which I was surprised was a napkin ring had something on it like whipped cream or something like that from someone's food. I've never seen that before though. It's always top notch service, and a great place to get your veggies and dessert too! They even cater to those who have food allergies and intolerances some of the days by offering Gluten Free (GF) items and they label what items are vegetarian and GF. I personally don't need it, but I have a friend who has problems with gluten, so it makes it so we can enjoy lunch together!

This establishment has a great view with buffet style, self-serve cuisine. The Chef does a really nice job of mixing up the menu and the soups are to die for. There's a sizable salad bar with spring mix & iceberg lettuce. Depending on the day you decide to dine at the Skyroom, desserts can consist of cake balls, eclairs & if you have room...the famous Aggie Nutroll.

Stepping into The Skyroom was stepping out of the hustle and bustle in the building below into a world of soothing music, beautiful mountain views, delicious, fresh food eaten at linen covered tables on better quality dishes. The meal was buffet style. The Cranberry Punch served in goblets was fresh, delicious, mildly sweet. The only color was what came naturally from the berries. I would love to come back here!

This restraunt is the hidden gym of Utah State University--elegant and classy--catering fully to anyone with intolerance to gluten, dairy and just about anything. This is such a rare quality. They even provide ice cream for GF people who cannot eat at the desert bar. Excellent quality food, 5/5 delish!!
