Our air conditioning unit stopped working on Wednesday and as of Friday Ronnie Spencer has yet to send someone out to look at it. He told us that since it’s a holiday weekend they wouldn’t be able to do anything until TUESDAY. We’ve contacted him several times and his last call with us he said verbatim “well, leave your windows open” and laughed condescendingly. It’s currently 88° inside our apartment and we have young children. Our rent has been paid; there is no reason for him not to do HIS job. He’s very arrogant and doesn’t seem to care at all about his tenants. We’ve had to call a local cooling company and pay the fees ourselves, which Ronnie of course made it known he would not reimburse - even though this is the landlord’s responsibility. Very disappointed with this company.

My husband and I did most of the work looking for places online. They did show us the properties and worked with our schedules. I wish they had tried to be more proactive instead of us always telling them what we wanted to see. Maybe made more suggestions. Not a bad experience. I would use them again!

My realtor, Richard Sarver worked tirelessly to find just right house "home" for my needs. When I grew tired of the effort...he never gave up. A Vietnam Vet's widow using my VA loan benefit thru my husband's service, he guided me to just right lender and patiently thru paperwork. He said he would find me just the right home and he made good on his word. Richard is a hard worker..doesn't give up and above all..someone you can trust in making such a major purchase. I would reach out to him again if need arises...without hesitation. He is a dedicated professional. Spencer Group has a great representative in Richard Sarver!

Spencer Group did a great job when we were buying a home. They are doing a great job helping us sell that same home as well.
