Free admission. Very nice playground and splash pad. Good picnic facilities. Convenient parking. Best for kids from toddler through late elementary. Very nice shaded shelter for parents to watch kids in the splash pad. Bring your own chairs. Birthday rentals for picnic shelters are $30 as of July 2017. Contact Kingsport Parks and Recreation for reservations.

 My daughter always has so much fun running through all the sprinklers. We also utilize the covered picnic areas ( yes,  they have grills ) and the regular playground attached.

The Splash Pad is a magical place of fun & laughter all Summer long. It's a fantastic place for children's birthday parties.
