The UPS Store

Unable to print a label for their own package, which they were originally supposed to have delivered themselves. Claim they are not associated with UPS delivery service. Absolutely bizarre. Terrible waste of time.

I'm from Illinois and needed to ship family dishes home. UPS store packed everything with care and the dishes arrived safely. Wonderful service!

The owner has been very nice some days, and extremely rude and disrespectful on others. Positive experiences don't outweigh or make up for negative ones in the realm of customer service, hence the one star.

Not sure why the older lady with short white/gray hair works here?! She clearly is burnt out on her customer service! What a joy she was to interact with! it's unfortunate that this is right by my house! I'll stick with the one on Tatum and Shea!

I totally agree with the other reviews. The owner is rude for no reason at all. She doesn't seem well suited working at a front desk.

Don't go to this store. If you ship a higher valued item, they charge you over TRIPLE the declared value rate that you would get charged if you just printed off your own label. I confirmed with UPS it's the owner of this location who can set their own rates for declared value - they try and pull a fast one on you - don't be a victim.

Worst UPS store I ever visited! The worker there at that time, an old lady called Patty, was rude. She threatened to call police on me just for questioning the way i was treated. Spare yourself from this place - you don't deserve such treatment.
