Collin and the team at this location are quick, accommodating, and thoughtful in completing whatever print project you need! I have done a significant amount of work with them and plan to keep working with this team.
I was very disappointed in the service and poor judgement I received recently, that was so disgusted and cancelled my Mailbox, after being a loyal customer since 2004...I came in to renew my box for one month and my fee was $50.00, I ask why so much...The young lady informed there was a late fee of $15.00 for not paying on the 1st of the month and I came on the 6th day...Why do they not offer auto pay or advise by text or email your box will expire and if they do have this service, they never offered as an option to pay. I run a business and just don't always have the time to come in and check my mail and get their notices. They obviously lack communication, common sense, discretion in not appreciating their customers especially after 18 years of loyalty to this business.
These people are insane! I went in to have a paper notarized and after it was done, I was told I would have to sign a waiver that I would not sue them if there was any mistake in THEIR classification in the document. It included other information that I did not understand, therefore I was not comfortable signing it and I was not going to sign it. I left my $ 10 their fee on the counter and went to leave the store. One of the girls blocked the door and refused to let me leave saying I had to sign the waiver, or the girl would cross out her signature on the paper. She was pushing my arm against the door frame and her body. ILLEGAL! The staff called the police, and I called my attorney. Per the attorney's office they have NEVER heard of that before and actually asked which UPS that was so they would be sure to not refer anyone there. Had they mentioned the waiver BEORE the paper was notarized, I would have declined and left. I have been to other UPS stores and had documents notarized and NEVER experienced such unprofessional behavior and ridiculous process, so STUPID.
Having been a client, and user of a mail box at The UPS Store at Tatum and Shea in Northeast Phoenix, I'm happy to promote their service. We have always had excellent service at the store. The manager, Collin, makes every effort to make sure that we are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them for your business or personal use....T Allen
This has always been our go-to UPS Store. The service is outstanding and hours convenient. Recently, we had them print several graduation yard signs and a banner on very short notice. Thanks to Colin, the signs were excellent quality and completed sooner than expected. Top notch business.
Saguaro,Jennifer, Brenda, Michelle and Ashley are the best, and as long as they are here you have a loyal customer. Anyone that disagrees is high maintenance. They are not Amazon. Read your instructions, and complain to Amazon, about Amazon, not them. This is NOT a recording! You suckas! Be nice! The world does NOT revolve around you. Here’s an idea, why not thank or write a good review for them when they do something right which is nearly all of the time, rather than always complain the times they have an issue.
I'm furious about the lack of respect for someone's belongings. We shipped over $1,000 worth to Florida and asked it to be packed as fragile. As examples of how they pack fragile things, the hue light bulbs worth over $50 a piece were thrown together in a zip lock bag to arrive broken. A vanity mirror over $300 now is useless. They're unorganized and unprofessional. I would have saved myself money and trouble using the money I gave them and just bought these items again instead of trying to ship them.
This UPS store always gets the job done. From shipping to helping me pull together printouts for a meeting, they’re efficient and reliable. They’ve also assisted me with some corporate identity/graphics work quite capably. I have in past worked with other UPS stores who have not offered good service so I would strongly recommend this one.
