The UPS Store

Asked the guy at the front for box sizes/prices that they had, but refused repeatedly. Weird and unnecessarily rude. They also close earlier than their advertised hours.

Here are the current, accurate hours Nov. 21, since they are unfortunately not listed that way on Google maps. I found this out the hard way after carrying a very heavy box several blocks! Hope this post will save anyone else the trouble.

Super friendly UPS employee, guy with beard, Asian? Didn't get his name. Store is downstairs and during covid you need to enter the building and take the stairway on the left downstairs. Took all my annoying Amazon returns!! Happy. Boss should give this guy a raise.

Based on my experience this store deserves way higher than its current score of 3.6. Sterling, the staff member on hand, was really helpful and efficient in terms of explaining my shipping options and then taking care of labeling and everything else.

There is only ONE knowledgable employee at this location. I have had my mailbox for two months now and in two occasions my packages have been labeled as belonging to a different mailbox.. It is absurd the level of incompetence. I cannot wait until my contract is over the only plus is the location. Do not get a mailbox here.

This is the best UPS store ever. Even though I live in Brooklyn, I often bring my stuff to this location because they are so stellar and the rest of the places suck so bad. Thanks for being so wonderful. xoxo

Always empty, so they get to you right away. Patient and helpful. I've had to ship quite a few boxes from here, and have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service.
