Had no problem at this location sending certified mail. Poeple are helpful and fast in service. Also there are few self-service points if you do not want to interact with staff. One even is located on the back enter so you would not see anyone from the staff at all. Postcards, gift cards and examples are all in place as usual.
The workers are super helpful and friendly. I needed a medium flat rate box and the first one I picked up needed to be taped shut. When I went to the window to buy some tape, the lady told me that the other medium flat rate box had adhesive built in and wouldn't need to pay for tape. She also helped me with the flat rate vs priority shipping.
Very basic USPS outpost near Wall St. Covers all your basic needs, but don't expect the five star Baskin Robbins treatment while you're in here...
This is my local USPS. I always have a good experience here. Today I had a particularly good experience because of KYRA. She was so helpful and sweet. Thanks so much Kyra!!!
One of the most efficient post offices I've been to. I don't expect them to package my items for me like ups because that's not their job to do but hands down I love the usps shipping rates. Most of the problems I've seen at the counters could have been fixed with common sense on the customers part.
I send my mail from here all the time. I didn't have any problems.
The new crew is friendly, efficient, and helpful. They all deserve 5 stars. My company uses this location everyday for sending our mail out.

This is my 3rd time going to this location. Each time, I have witnessed customers wrongfully get disrespected and talked down to in such a condescending way. If they don't want to work or answer questions, then quit and find another job! Why be condescending and disrespectful? One lady had the nerve to say they don't understand why so many people are asking questions. People ask questions because they are unclear about your signs or something????? It is also your job to help!!!!! Duh!!!!! One worker looked so sloppy and forgot to glue down her braided wig, but had the audacity to be rude to customers. She needs to go. Also, it seems like there's no "window service" every damn day!
I simply needed to ship a package and they said I needed a bigger box, THE BIGGEST, for a small tanktop.... incredibly incompetent, unhelpful, and rude. These people need to be evaluated and fired. I left with a headache and was there for 15 minutes for something that should have taken less than two minutes.
