Great customer service every time I come here. Notary fees are very affordable. No idea why they have some bad ‘reviews’ but I definitely come here as my go to spot for shipping and notary services.
Thank You! to Tamica and the other staff for assisting us. We voted absentee at the UPS Store, where she and the staff helped us print the ballots, envelopes, and instructions, and she notarized our envelopes! A great service to the electorate and beaming with pride in our civic duty!

Fast & friendly. I had a nice experience here. Edit: 3/4/2021 Anthony is tremendous. This guy goes above and beyond with customer service and assisting other employees simultaneously. If he is not the boss of this location he should be.

Horrible customer service, the person at the counter was unprofessional and not willing to work, I asked for a print on card stock and she made up excuses not to help; never again.
They are supposed to be open at 10 on Saturdays. I'm here at 10:30 it is during covid but after reopenings started and they are closed.... Very sad.
Great staff and Very helpful when I needed them
Mediocre to bad service but it's seemingly my only option for what I need at times.
