Great to see when your work been expected nicely , appreciate the staff I was in last mints of the day but they treated well and I posted my mail
People over here are super nice and polite!! I went for fingerprinting service and the person who helped me was very polite and even other staffs were friendly!! I give them 10/10 for their customer service!! They were quick too!! Whereas, The other place where I went yesterday was in1001 E SUNSET RD UNIT 1001 where the staffs were rude and their machine was not working!! They made me wait for 1 hr..
Came in for a passport renewal and was helped by Neisha. She was cheerful and courteous when we came up to her at the counter. We forgot a needed item and she said just come back to see her. We came back the following day and were able to complete the passport renewal process through her in a matter of minutes. Neisha was super awesome to work with.
The most efficient post office I've ever been to in my LIFE In and out and 6 seconds at 435PM that's service I can stand behind!
First off there is NO package quick drop off box and also no kiosk for self service. However Usually going to the post office is a pain however today when I went it was my first time shipping international and the young lady named Kristin was the most helpful and polite person Ive ever seen. She took the time to walk me through the whole process. There also a Filipino guy next to her who was also extremely nice. These are the kind of people the US postal service should take care of so they stick around for a long time!
This is my 2nd time and I am really very happy with the service. The staff are all very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. No need to wait long coz even if there is a line it moves real fast! This will be my go-to post office.
I've been calling 3 days for 30 mins to 1 hr nobody answers the phone. They should hire call agent!!!!
The mail man doesn't deliver packages correctly then You have come down to this place and wait for over an hour to pick up a package that had all the corect information to be delivered to its destination 0 star
I gave a 1 star to write a review. Bad service from a African American lady with short blonde hair! She knows she's doing wrong that's why she has no name batch so people won't get her name! She's very rude and disrespectful! She thinks she can humiliate humans! It looks like she doesn't like nor appreciates her job! Do not recommend this post office!
