Rudy is the best. Very knowledgeable with great customer service. He helped us print and ship all our documents to the consulate.

Poor costumer service had multiple callers answer and hangup on a thursday. It is also not rush hour i dont recommend associating with this UPS

If I could put a zero I would! The guy that’s there has no customer service skills what so ever! I’ve came 3 different times and each time he’s a douch bag! I only come here because it’s close but not anymore I’ll drive some where people are respectful to everyone not just who he picks and chooses. !

It's more than 100 degrees outside and this store cant bother to turn the AC on. Talk about keeping cost down. This is Laa Vegas please turn their on. I don't think saving a few dollars is worth the comfort that AC would bring your customers during summer.

If I had to go through boot camp again I rather do that than showing up to this establishment again.

Overcharges for everything, you have much better options in LV, it’s worth the drive to go to another location.
