US Post Office

One of the worst experiences of my life. Stood in line for over 2 hours and stayed IN THE SAME EXACT SPOT. There is one person doing the picking up portion of the mail and they take over 10-15 minutes per person… to grab mail… I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. If you get there at 8 am you might as well cancel your dinner plans because you’re not leaving until then. I actually can’t comprehend / understand why it takes 2-3 hours to pick up one package.

If I could leave a review without needing to submit a star it would be better! My zip is 89084 I am in this post offices district. Their service is terrible! Mail rarely gets delivered to our area. At times my neighbors and I sit outside of my address waiting for the mail man to come and he never comes. Between Monday and Saturday he will show up three days out of the week for our entire block! We all rely on informed delivery to view our mail and it never comes. Our mail man has at times given the wrong address our mail and we walk to give it to the right address. When mail is missing I've gone to this post office to report it and it's a bunch of excuses! They say it was delivered or our community boxes have been tampered with and that's not true! I've asked for proof of that and none was given! This place never answers the phones and the mail man we have during the week argues and throws his wallet at certain neighbors that has accused him of stealing mail. He's an elderly man that wears glasses and a hat during the summer time. I was told by a different mail man who says he delivers on Saturday for us that there has been complaints about him. Mail that is delivered to 89084 area has too many complaints that are not normal yet all similar MISSING OR LOST MAIL!!!

The pick up line was ridiculous. One staff taking forever to complete just one retrieval. 3 staff for regular mail svc and only 1 doing pickup and customer service. This is the worst post office I have ever been to. 30 mins and only 2 people in line have been serviced. What a joke. Hope you have nothing else to do if you have to come here.

Tried calling about my Amazon packages that never showed to my P.O. Box.! Can never get anyone on the phone. Went in to the office and the line was all the way To the end of the P.O. Boxes. I have a young child I can’t sit in the line for hoursone person had already been there an hour because they only have one person working the desk. How much money goes into this place and they can’t even hire more staff..???

All employees at this post office should be fired. They don’t want to help anyone. The employees here are bad representation of the post office and humanity. Update: I went back the next day and got a sweet and incredibly helpful woman that took care of me. I had a pack of papers from my home purchase and she was able to find the deed necessary in the middle of the pile in about 20 seconds. I guess I would say they need to work on some of their employees.

Absolutely the worst Mail carries coming out of this location. 3rd time in 2 months my packages have been delivered to my neighbors address. And of course to actually talk to someone is impossible. They need some new traing to look at street name and number idiots government run system is trash.

Last year, our box was vandalized. We got 4 months of 'it'll be fixed in a month" at the end of month 4 they yelled at us that it was our HOA responsibility. To tell our HOA. We explained we're renting and have no contact info for the HOA. Then after the boxes were replaced by the HOA. They yell at us again that the HOA is refusing to give them the key. WHAT? Every time we go, there's an hour wait, for anything. We were told multiple times packages were 'out for delivery' when we had paperwork from carrier stating that the package is at the main officeand it was at the office. Latest is just stood in line for an hour because tracking # stated package was delivered but never received it....only to be told that tracking says package was delivered. To contact the seller. Told them that I did and seller said to come to the post office. If it was delivered I wouldn't be here looking for it now would I? And mail is constantly mixed up. I've lived all over the country and never had 1/4 the amount of problems as I've had with this post office. If I could give 0 stars I would. We're willing to move just on the fact that mail service is horrendous.

Awful experience ! I lost my key and I went here to pick up my mail after five days they still havent pull out my mail and the only answer I got was there’s no mail I don’t know !!! Very unprofessional I wish I should’ve research better before I bought my house in this area .

My mail periodically gets stolen. I am 100% sure that the mail carrier is the thief. Unfortunately, these people are protected and they hide behind their position, union and demographics. My loss is their gain. Investigation? That's a joke.

I always use the self serve kiosk. It's available even after regular business hours. I can ship packages or buy stamps without any line to wait in.
