The customer service is great. One of the reps pulled out a few boxes for me to try because of my high in-step. They even have a device to measure your feet and the height of your arch. Even with the high price point of their products, it's worth it in quality and over all service. I would recommend

Received nothing but contempt from the saleswoman. Her name was Dee, and she was visibly annoyed by my asking her for her recommendations, which is the whole point of a custom shoe company. I walked out immediately. Try a different location.
