The Wellington

The Wellington definitely exceeded my expectations by a landslide. It is right across from campus and I feel safe walking to and from my apartment at any time of the day. 10/10 recommend.

The building and amenities are top notch and the staff has been excellent, and Lance gave a great tour! I attached a photo of my reaction to seeing the building.

The Wellington is an awesome place to live and well worth the price for safety and location + some sweet amenities. Their staff is flexible, and worked well with me when I needed to make a quick move. I highly recommend working with Lauren H. She makes an effort to show how this complex can benefit you as an individual!

The staff at The Wellington are amazing. Emily, Kellen, Ped, and the rest of the gang are basically the A-team reincarnated. Every apartment has high-speed internet, HD cable, and beautiful furnishings.

Nothing but great things to say about this place!! Especially the helpful staff. Miss Howard was so kind and helpful. She had such a great attitude and never failed to have a smile on her face. Lovely amenities as well!! Very high class.

This is easily my favorite place of living to date. I have been nothing but pleased by the service that I have been provided throughout my stay here. Specifically the help of Lauren Howard, she was extremely pleasant and helpful. I can't can't recommend this spot enough!!

The Wellington is hands down the best place to live as a student! Right on high street conveniently with target and chick fil a right below. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. In the office, Lauren H is always super helpful and takes care of everything I need! 10/10 recommend

Amazing place to live!! Plenty of space in the rooms and a lot of study space throughout the building. Staff is extremely nice. Lauren at the front desk is always willing to help!
