The YMCA - Rockwell Crossing

Great group of people here! I have 2 small kids and they love the ladies in the childcare. So I'm actually able to get a good, worry-free workout in at this location. Classes have been excellent and motivating me to get my workouts done!

I like this little gym but it is closed a lot. I prefer to arrange my work outs to fit my schedule, not adjust my schedule to fit the times my gym is open.

Best kept secret in OKC. This gym is low-key, never packed, and conveniently located off of Rockwell. Full selection of weights, equipment, and group-ex classes. Come check us out!

The gym has made several improvements including a cross fit style, power cage,squat, bench press, deadlift, kettelbell, monkey bar station.

Wonderful facility. It is always clean every time I come. I appreciate their staff always being helpful if there is anything I need. Towels are stocked, gym equipment is nice and clean, and the locker rooms are clean.

People are friendly, small but a great place to work out.
