Tiny Tots Therapy

My son went to tiny tots for his first OT experience. All staff was great and accommodating. Miss Victoria his OT was super, very informative and very energetic. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

After expressing urgency in getting my child counseling support, I confirmed to do a group therapy session. At 4PM, the day of the 6:30PM session, I get a call that it's been cancelled because the therapist has something to do afterwards and the timing might not be favorable. This is beyond acceptable. The damage this has caused my child; there are no words. The complete loss of trust now goes beyond just this therapist and place of business. Among other things, it reflects on her trust in me, her mother, an issue that is already a massive difficulty. This incident may seem like 'no big deal' but it is an incredible blow and crushing for my young child already struggling with life. It has helped chip away at my relationship with my child. I have no more words.
