Suburban Speech Center

This place has truly been a Godsend to my family. My son was extremely premature and had a difficult first few months of life. As he got older he had significant delays and early intervention therapies were ok but they were not meeting his needs. Someone recommended Suburban Speech and that recommendation changed our lives and I believe has changed my sons trajectory. My son is and will continue to be a work in progress, but he is making great headway. In addition to speech therapy, Dr. Nancy has consulted with me on many occasions, regarding other therapies and supports I should consider for my son. I truly am happy that I found this place and highly recommend them to parents that have children with speech and language delays.

Last year I brought my son to Suburban Speech Center for an evaluation because he was barely speaking at the age of 3. He was diagnosed with childhood apraxia and we began therapy immediately. In a few short months he was stringing together sentences and now one year later, he can have conversations with everyone that he talks to. The transformation has been dramatic and, frankly, life-changing. Thanks entirely to the guidance of Jane Goldberg!

Suburban Speech Centers is the premiere speech center in New Jersey, if not -the tri state area. All the therapist are skilled in their trade, and make you feel like you're family. Ive seen them create miracles for many of their patients. I highly recommend them!!!

My daughter began at Suburban Speech center when she was just 2 yrs. old and had limited speech. She made rapid progress under their expert care; she quickly reached age level speech-language skills and no longer required skilled services. Thankfully, her therapist educated me about the 'red flags' of an auditory processing disorder which, years later, prompted me to seek an auditory processing evaluation. I immediately telephoned her Suburban Speech Center therapist who spent ample time discussing the evaluation process with me and answered a host of questions. When your child receives speech therapy at Suburban Speech Center, your entire family is under their care forever.

Our son spent a year working with Melissa. She was wonderful working with him. She taught him (and us) ways to practice working on his speech and he genuinely got excited to go play with her. :)
