These guys are great! I've been doing business with TW for years in Belfast and Brewer, recently I needed a rotation and alignment and they fit me into their busy schedule. Fast, friendly and very reasonable. I would strongly recommend them!

You break it, I buy it. Went in for a simple tire change but instead you broke my valve stems and forced me to pay for brand new ones. Also a shifty tactic: putting the highest end tires on my car and charging an absurd rate for two tires. Your crew seems frantic and unprepared, but very willing to lie about "corporate rules" and "regulations" that don't exist.

This location has always felt like it had staffing issues to me. I always associate it with having to wait, or make multiple returns. They encourage walk-ins, as well as appointments, but even with an appointment, I've had to wait quite a long time and I've been turned away a couple times when I needed immediate assistance. Nevertheless, this is always the first place I turn and have purchased from them for about a half a dozen times now. The staff are always friendly and the prices and availability are mostly sufficient for my needs. Of course, doing your homework and comparing prices is very important and highly recommended here as well.
