Went in for new tires and inspection sticker. These poor folks, from what I understand, had lost their online account access, wifi, and telephone service all in one go, for the second time that month. DESPITE THIS, I still received outstanding customer service; even sent us an email AND a letter confirming the security of our credit card information, payment confirmation & thanking us for trusting them with our bank information given the circumstances. I will never go anywhere except VIP again!!!

Got a great set of snow tires installed for a good price on my girlfriend's car. The staff was very helpful in choosing the best tire for our needs.
