Town Fair Tire

They are the best tire company in the state. From the customer service, Mike and Zac were such professionals who knew exactly what I needed to Andrew the tech out back who worked his magic and made my little car safe again. They are the best priced in town as well. I have been going to them for the past few years and will continue to go well into the future. Town Fair Tire they manage to balance both quality and quantity in a well aligned manor. They are able to rotate customers in and out without having to inflate their prices. A must for any and all tire needs.

Best customer service we’ve come across in a long time! Steve, the manager, and all his employees went above and beyond to give us a positive experience. Check in was FAST, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. We had 4 new tires put on and balanced in about 20 minutes. Then we had a 4 wheel alignment that only took 17 minutes! Incredible! We highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Bangor! Thank you guys! They were able to replace my tires after a nasty blowout with no appointment. Kept me from being stranded far from home. Good customer service and they will match any price on a fire if it can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Called Town Fair and made an appointment for the Bangor store several days ago. It was a price match to Wal-Mart. The customer service rep who pulled up our reservation and tried to argue with us about the price match. When we made the appointment we weren't told to print out the ad showing price match as the phone rep inputting the info never told us. After such stellar customer service over the phone, we were quite taken aback by the rep in store's poor attitude and lack of empathy regarding how to verify the price match. The in store rep did honor the price match that was recorded with the appointment with much resentment.

I went in for an alignment on my car, and waited max about 20 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Very polite, sweet, friendly group of guys. I highly recommend this place to everyone 😊
