Tokyo Asian Cuisine Sushi Hibachi Steakhouse & Bar

Good sushi at reasonable prices. Their spicy crab roll is phenomenal, as are most of their standard rolls. I, unfortunately, haven’t tried the hibachi or any of their signature rolls yet, however. I always opt for the 3 roll special. The few times I’ve dined in have been good, with the exception of their mixed drinks. Their scorpion bowls are relatively expensive, not large, and definitely not strong. I stick with beer when I drink here.

The food was good a little pricey. I was with a party of 8. The reason I didn't give it 5 was the service was not good. Our chef was okay he had a good routine the waitress never smiled she had to wait on to many tables. It seemed like we were getting fed one at a time.

I order from here a lot and I’ll admit it’s expensive ...but that is the price you pay for good sushi. I don’t feel like they are honest with their take out prices. They are always a few follower over menu price, obviously not including tax + tip. Today I picked up one of my favorite rolls and this time it was 4 dollars over my price and they couldn’t explain to me where that extra 4 came from. I was hungry, whatever. I also grabbed a pair of chop sticks that are in the cup which are 2$ and they guy stuffed me for my money. I thought he put the chop sticks in the bag and what he did was put them behind the counter. How rude is that? Because I quiestioned my total... never eating here again. Truly a disappointment because their food is good.

Hibachi is always hit or miss, it usually depends on the chef and how fun and entertaining they want to make the experience. I felt that our hibachi chef just went through the motions during his performance. I did notice that some people in our group upgraded their meal from the house steak to the filet steak, but that the chef mixed all the steak together while cooking anyways, which meant people who paid extra for a higher quality meat didn't receive it all (if indeed it was a filet at all) because it was mixed with other customers house steak before being served.

The sushi is good, but the habachi is bad! I did the lunch in and had gotten the combo with steak and scallops. Literally they only gave me two small pieces of scallops and said that was appropriate. Never heard of something like that.
