Tollgate Dog Grooming

We love tollgate as well our pup Jessica!! This is truly a local business done right. The care and attention they give to the animals is top notch and we feel like we are dropping our pup off with a family member every time. Wish we could find more time to drop our pup off more often because our pup comes back relaxed, clean, and happy!!

Nothing but the best. I have been a customer for almost a decade and I too was informed of some sort of restructuring. I also went to a different grooming salon which was recommended by Annette (the owner) during the time the salon was closed, but after the grooming I will admit I was relentless and BEGGED her to let me come back as soon as she STARTED to get things straightened out. I was so thankful that she scheduled my baby for a grooming. After talking to her, I praise her for the strength she has to re-build her business after what happened. So GOD BLESS!!!!!!

A few weeks before my dogs appointments, I had a voicemail left from Tollgate stating they were canceling all appointments due to a groomer leaving and being unable to take on the load and that they were closing until they could get back on their feet. Never heard from them again but apparently they are back up and running? I would hope that if clients were valued, a follow up call would be made especially with how abruptly and vaguely my appointments were canceled. I'll be finding a new groomer.

Best dog grooming place by far in the Monroe, CT area! Super friendly, fair pricing, and they know and love all dogs (and my dog isn't easy)
