Wash & Wag Pet Grooming

Came here because I received a gift certificate for Christmas. My mini goldendoodle was getting a bath, haircut, and teeth cleaning. Extremely friendly staff! Genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and the animals. My dog was done quicker than expected. At first glance, he looked great! However, once I got him home and looked closer, his haircut was choppy and uneven in some places. For example, one of his elbows was completely bare, while the other three were the same length. Parts of his underbelly were one length and others were longer. I really liked the place; I definitely feel more comfortable leaving my dog here than at PetCo. It's just hair and it will grow back, but I was not pleased when I saw that!

I brought in my shih tzu, Lassy, at 9am and did not get a call to pick her up. Since I knew that they closed at 3, I took it upon myself to check at around 2:45pm to see if she was ready, and she was not. It’s a busy area so I was able to stay around and occupied while waiting. Finally, at 3:30pm they call me to tell me she’s ready. When I got there I asked why it took so long and the girl told me that I was one of the last appointments and it takes a while to groom her (***6 HOURS!!***) but I let it go without saying another word and just waited for my Lassy to come out. As soon as I stepped outside, I noticed Lassy still smelled and had dirt on her. They cut her hair and didn’t even bathe her. Would not recommend to anybody! Currently looking for a new groomer.

Great clean salon! I've been taking my dog here for the past year to get hand stripped. Reasonable prices!

Good job grooming, have my other doing a quick facial trim and nail trim for $10. Nice people.

The staff was very nice. My toy fox terrier looked great with her painted nails. Reasonably priced, and great location.
