Touchstone Health Services - Mesa Center

I contacted them in January. Intake assessment beginning of February. Told today that Touchstone cannot provide ABA therapy services. What a massive waste of time. Nobody was able to provide ABA.

We transferred our adopted daughter from JFCS (an entire book could be written on how bad JFCS is having had to deal with them for over 3 years). Our experience at Touchstone was and is great. George our 1st case manger was so awesome, I'm not even sure words can describe how great he did, everything was "yes, we can do that" as opposed to JFCS it was "no, we can't/won't do that". Touchstone isn't perfect, but they are miles above JFCS

This Behavorial Health Clinic is a complete disappointment. Long wait times for services, frequent turnover in staff makes it difficult to establish rapport for ongoing therapeutic services. I have been waiting now for over 1 month for my CM to respond to update the CFT and no response. Have CC'd the Supervisor as well and still no response.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Good reviews = employees. One-star = parents of clients. BEWARE
