Seems like their excuse is people shopping on line AND not in their stires. Well, what was wrong with instead of closing your stores you changed them to TOYS WAREHOUSE PICKUP stores. Order on line pick/up at store? Ups, fedx, usps, uber/lyft could p/up and deliver? Sometimes they fill their board of directors with those who have zero marketing and innovative ideas and only see numbers. When you alienate your customers by forgetting them you soon discover you did that a little too late Fire your board and get customers and associates on your board and YOU WIN!

We went yesterday for the Black Friday deals and I was WONDERFUL. The staff was polite, efficient & concise. I have gear rumors of this being closed and I really hope it's just a rumor because going on 2 years running, this was a very pleasant shopping experience. The managers were also very helpful themselves and directed employees in a respectful manner. I would give 10 stars if I could!

There was plenty to choose from and some pretty good deals on popular items. And the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Going out of business! Right now things are only like 10 percent off. Keep your eyes open for more price reducing!

The people that work there are so friendly. Great store to bad they are closing down.
