I have been a loyal customer with this TC location for over a year and always had a great experience. Was told by Mark very nice I might add on Tuesday if I dropped my car off Friday morning I could get my inspection done along with my oil change as he is the one that would be doing it. Dropped my car off at 7:25 am and called them at 9:00 am just to check in make sure key was received from drop box. Was rudely told by Bryan my inspection wouldn’t happen but I could leave my car? Apparently nine hours at his garage while I work wasn’t long enough? Picking up my car at 5:00 pm Bryan informed me I should have dropped it the night before because I didn’t make it in time of the other cars. None of it made sense, I will add he didn’t look up from his phone or soda one time! Oh and my oil change was over 70 bucks! When I questioned the fee he told me everything has gone up? It’s unbelievable this man is the manager. Bryan is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I won’t ever go back!!
Anthony Bargallo was amazing. He exhibited superior customer service skills which are very hard to find these days. We told him, in the future, he is the only one we want to work on our vehicles. Please keep him at our Tire Choice # 717, he is a winner.
I took my car in to get a new tire because it had a gouge in it and asked them to fill the air in all the tires. Even after telling them about the problem, they had no idea there was a problem with the tire. They never fixed it, instead they placed the tire on the other side and took one of my good tires. Not to mention that they didn't even check the tire pressure in the other tires.
Brian was truly fantastic. I happened to stop by the location to grab a few things out of my car, as I got an unexpected flat and my vehicle was towed to this location without me. When I went into the store Brain was on the phone, but took the time to acknowledge me and then addressed my questions quickly and with a friendly smile. I am from out of state, but I highly recommend using tire choice, as their prices are fair and low for top quality! Thank you Brian!!
Great experience! Bryan was a major help when my wife and I had a flat in Virginia Beach. After I changed to the standard temporary spare in the pouring rain, I was not looking forward to looking for a local mechanic. I knew we couldn’t make the trip back home on the spare well over a 100 mile trip without risking more damage to my car, so we called the closest place we could find to try and get a new tire and back out on the road. Luckily, we connected with Bryan and he was able to get us in and out right away. I was prepared to be sitting around for a few hours, but it didn’t even take thirty minutes despite the garage being busy. They made this whole ordeal super easy. If we lived in the area, we’d be clients for life. Thanks Bryan!
About 3 weeks I had one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with Brian after dropping my car off to have my rotors warranted out. I had just paid almost $1000 to have them completed replaced 6 months prior. But that wasn’t the issue. Brian chose to disrespect and antagonize me repeatedly because I asked him questions he didn’t feel I should. I was being charged and wanted to know why. He shoved my keys at me and told me to leave and he wouldn’t charge me. Said thank you and left. I then noticed my vehicle was being returned to me in a way it wasn’t received and no one mentioned it to me. This led to almost an hour of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever encountered. Being called aggressive and told you have an attitude when you haven’t once raised your voice is something that African Americans deal with often so it’s very obvious when it’s happening to you. I was asked to leave, told I would have the cops called on me, all because I called out what was happening with my car and asked for his name. Had my white fiancé been there with me, it would have never happened. I’ve spent the last few weeks calling the 1800 number to make sure this complaint is heard, and this doesn’t happen to anyone else and it’s not a helpful process. I’ve been waiting for the DM Mr. Pippen to reach out to me to discuss. I’m still waiting and will continue to speak about this to all that will listen.
Brought my car for a state inspection and they said that my tints are blocking my brake lights, but they happened to did my last year state inspection and I had the same tints since 2014 car year. I was told that it's by the book inspection and that they had a different inspection from last year?! So by the book but it pass last year and not this year? "Make it make sense" Note: I bring all 3 of my cars here. I am not just a new customer.
I dropped my car off thursday morning right after they opened for inspection. I called the day after at 9 asking about if it’s getting done that day. They told me I was next in line and didn’t receive a call til 5 hours later. Next in line was no where near true. They called saying my car won’t start and had to get a new battery. After I replaced the battery, they said it’ll be finished by the time they closed. I called before close and they said it won’t get done til the next day. It was lie after lie.
First time coming here but I have used Tire Choice before and they did an amazing job mounting the tires on my Porsche. The guy even warned me they are more of a high volume place and he was worried about damaging the wheels but the other shop had no problems when I went to them for a patch so I took the risk. New tires were mounted in about 2 hours even on a day he said they didn't have too many techs and the job was complete earlier than he told me he expected it to be done. Pretty outstanding considering other places take hours and still damaged wheels when all is said and done. Really enjoy this chain and especially this Service Center. Thanks a lot!
Brought my company truck 2017 Chevy Tahoe here to get 4 new tires, 4wheel alignment and an oil/filter change. Helen and crew are TOP NOTCH and keep you informed throughout the entire process. After my alignment was complete, they did a ride along with me to make sure I was 100% happy with the results. I've NEVER had a shop offer that to me and it was a nice touch. ***KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK, GUYS/GALS! YOU ARE A GREAT SHOP AND TRULY VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS!***
