Trinity Brewing

Great beer offerings. I love the Sasions and sours, you just don't see enough of these brewed locally. The food is also nice and tends to range more on the creative pub fare end of the scale. Prices are at the higher end, but you are getting what you pay for. However, as other have noted, it often gets busy and crowded. As a result the service can suffer greatly. It is normal to happen once in a while, but it seems like every time I go it is an issue. With it reoccurring this often it seems like it could be resolved by adding more servers.

Food was pretty good. Not outstanding, but good. The beers here are very unique, and very well done. I've heard, and experienced bad service here in years past, but in the last year and a half, the service has been great. If you're looking for unique and well done beers, especially sours and wild fermentation beers, this is the place to go in Colorado Springs.

It was a beautiful day today so they were busy! However, the poor waiter was taking care of whole patio himself and he wasn't very pleasant. It took approximately 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we finally got our food. I had ordered sweet potatoes fries but got regular fries. The good news is that the salad was good and the sliders were good. The bloody Mary was excellent!

Great atmosphere, great service, great food and incredible beer. Hard to say much more than that. I was told on Tuesdays you get a free slice of thick bacon with every beer..... For real?!? Do yourself a favor and check this brewery out!

I've been to this brewery a couple times before now and had good experiences. However this last visit was disappointing. The pint prices have gone up to $8 for a decent brew. The macaroni recipe has changed for the worse and my wife picked up a to go meal from the Thai place next-door. She was told it was illegal to have another restaurants food on the patio and asked her to leave. Sad to see a once good brewery go downhill.
