(When they owned Regency Point Apartments) Management NEVER answered the phone, office staff would hardly ever be in office regardless of hours, and the only way to get ahold of anyone was via email. Very quick/half assed maintenance. When we first signed our lease we were told we would move in on X date. They kept pushing us back further and further until eventually our lease ran out at our old apartment and we were forced to move in even though our unit wasn't completely ready for us. -- We were told our water bill would very rarely exceed $70 but after a few months we were paying $90 water bills for at least three months. Eventually management said there had been a leak and they were working on fixing it, two months later we are still paying $90 water bills. Now that our new apartment management has taken over, our water bill has magically gone down about $30.

Love this company! I live at one of the complexes they manage. I saw a change when Trinity took over my complex and I couldn't be happier. I would like to see a night drop box at my property.

I have rented from the owner of my current property in other locations for years. Three years ago Trinity took over management of all their properties and it has gone down hill from then. I have lived in my current unit for six months (new construction) and have had nothing but issues. The manager (Sean) is always hateful when talking to her and acts like it is an inconvenience to have to do her job. She is rude and condescending at all times. Maintenance/vendors that are sent over seem incompetent at best and we have to have the same issues addressed multiple times to get them fixed. Our current issue severely affects quality of life as well as health and rather than apologizing for the hassles we have been put through and do all they can to make it right. The manager threatened to hold us responsible for the defective product. I wish we still had a way to speak directly to the owner as I knew him to be a good man. I can only hope he sees this review to learn how poorly this management company is treating his tenants/properties

LOVE TRINITY!! Amazing leadership and wonderful properties! I live at Bennett Ridge in OKC and love it! The people are amazing!

My apartment complex has changed completely for the better since this company has come on as management. I mean it took some getting used too with the rules being enforced, but I renewed my lease and only because they are here.
