Fayetteville Duplexes

Trinity has been an awesome place to rent from! I absolutely love it. Our landlord Karisa is so sweet and works with us on anything we need. By far have NEVER had any problems and we are extremely satisfied with the duplex’s! GREAT place to live!

I have rented with Trinity for about 10 years. Penny and her staff have always been my managers. From tome to time I have needed something and have always found them to be prompt and helpful. I couldn't look for a better manager.

Lived there for 2 yrs-- when we first moved in I did have to clean the property again ( I know they had a cleaning person come --because she was in my place "cleaning" when I showed up with my stuff) she did a poor job but I would have done it anyways. The head maintenance guy would make false promises and would half way do stuff at best. They have both been replaced. They could change the way they handle maintained reports, but tenants have too remember they are not the only tenants living in the area. Pest controll came in every month and sprayed inside and out if ask. They were improving the properties when we moved. Do they have some improvements to make --yes, they could give a copy of work orders rather it be by email or a print out. Anytime they enter your home they need to turn off lights (they turn on), lock the door and but a tag of entry to let you know. The office keeps odd hours but they do treat you the way you treat them --- remember they have someone above them pulling their strings.

Currently been with Trinity for over 2 years now. Super Nice, Easy to work with and awesome staff. Carissa is a champ. 5 Stars.

out of the Fayetteville office, Star, is hideous. She talks to people in a terrible way and is awful to work with. Dont do this to yourself!!
