Steve takes all the stress out of property management. He knows quality tenants and has a special gift for keeping rift raft out of your properties. He knows how to get the right people at the right prices the first time. Before Steve, my properties were extremely stressful and problem-some. Now with Steve, I just look for my monthly check and I know he handles any and all complaints and issues at the apartments. When something needs to be fixed, I get a convenient email and casually issue work orders. My time investment as an owner is extremely minimal now that I have Steve to handle my apartments. His rates are amazing and is worth every penny spent. Having a manager like Steve enables a property owner to turn profit without a huge headache. Without him my profit was dependent on the number of quality tenants I had, now with Steve I get a regular steady check for roughly the same amount each month. His fees came out of my profit that I wasn't making before. He made me the money to pay him, it could not have worked out ANY BETTER. If your thinking about picking up investment property Steve at Property Management Inc Ozarks is your man!

Steve and PMI have had my house rented since last year. He keeps on top of things and so far the expenses have been only as vital and the expense on them has stayed low. I am very pleased. I have done nothing but worry about being a property owner and all the issues that I have heard can go with that situation. Steve has taken the stress out of renting.

Steve consistently goes above and beyond! He's ethical, trustworthy, and I highly recommend him and his company.

Its really sad to see the selfishness of some individuals in the Real-estate industry, they lure you in and make you think everything looks great and in perfect order but as soon as you sign they seem to neglect one very important aspect of a business, CUSTOMER SERVICE. A couple of months into the rent and still without a functioning sink rotator, the back door slowly deteriorating away after a flimsy touch up that was poorly executed, the list goes on and on.
After most of my occupancy had gone by, I verbally reminded my landlord that the sink was still not functioning; this was after about 7 months. With the absence of the other tenant in my home, I decided to cancel some bills including: Gas and internet in order to reduce my expenses since I am just another college student attempting to barely make a living, eat food, study, and work a part time job. Unfortunately PMI OZARKS did not execute their customer service skills what so ever and instead refused to help cut those costs by denying a hold on the gas. With the economy as it currently is, and a student loan debt stacked as high as the moon, I was greatly disappointed since all I was attempting to do was to increase my savings and attempt to strive for a better living.
Over all I was not impressed with the standards that PMI Ozarks sets compared to everyone else. Without a doubt I would have rather rented elsewhere if I would have had a heads up going into this unfortunate contract. Would not recommend PMI Ozarks. Try camping out in devils den, nature will probably provide a better experience than these clowns and won’t ice the cake to hide their immoralities.
