Providence Property Management

We are renting a beautiful home from Providence Property Management and are very happy with the home and management! The home was extremely clean and ready when we moved in, and the property manager, Crystal, has been very friendly and helpful from day one. We have had a few minor maintenance issues, a small leak and fireplace issue, but Crystal immediately responded to our requests and sent a maintenance worker over to make any needed repairs very promptly. She has been so professional and helpful and we are very appreciative. We have rented from many other landlords, and this has definitely been our best experience renting. We highly recommend Providence Property Management!

We moved into a townhouse managed by Providence Property Management in late June of 2017. We've come across several issues during our time there, but I will say that the management has almost always been very prompt in getting the issues fixed. For example, we had a spider issue when the weather began to cool and maybe two hours after putting the maintenance request in we had an exterminator there to spray our house. One other example is our microwave handle broke at the bottom and that same week I came home from work to find a brand new microwave in it's place (a much nicer one). They've treated us well (much better than the last two agencies I've rented from). We are very thankful for their assistance and hope to continue to have good relations with them. I've read some of the other reviews and wanted to comment that new management has been put in place and they've even upgraded their maintenance providers. The first ones weren't very good and I'd almost always follow behind them to fix what they were sent to fix. Now, I watch and learn more from the crews that come to fix things. Any reviews that were posted prior to August of 2017 would be outdated and no longer valid. They've focused on improving their tenant satisfaction.

I moved into one of their properties a few months ago. There were some things I noticed needed to be fixed or cleaned and Crystal the property manager was prompt about fixing anything i needed!! She has always been very helpful! My son and I love our new place.

Hey my name is Lakisha I'm renting from Providence Property Management I really love the neighborhood that I'm leaving in, my kids love the duplex we're leaving and I'm very please with the new landlord Crystal she's so amazing!! When I need something fix she's always on top of things.. and she's work with me on my rent I couldn't ask for a better Landlord! Good Job Crystal and Happy Holidays!! From the Meredith Family!

I am very pleased with the management of this company. They handle everything very efficiently and professional. I recommend definitely renting from them!
