Mullins Property Management

Have been renting from this company for over 6 years and have never had a problem at all. I would highly recommend renting from this company!

Didn't have a problem with these guys. Moved in place was fine any repairs were done in a timely manner. I would rent again.

Rented from them for an entire year. We were never late on rent. About 4 months in, the upstairs neighbors had a pipe bust. It rained through the ceiling in the entirety of the kitchen and the bathroom. Water pooled in bubbles in the paint on the ceiling that had to be punctured. A month or two after, the ceiling fell in in the kitchen. No response to get it fixed. Black mold grew on the walls that had to be bleached away multiple times. The bathroom light sockets sparked if a light bulb was placed into them. The front door level was lower than the outside causing the inside to flood during every rain. We had to put sand bags in front of the door to keep it from steadily flooding. The door frame and base boards were rotted away. A wall on the outside of the building caused water to fill the walls, mold our bed, and cover the air conditioner in black mold. The toilet started leaking, causing the plastic walling around the brick to curl inward. Any time anyone used any water in the building while you showered, you would get boiled. If you flushed the toilet, you could hear the water splashing in the bathroom sink and in the shower drain. Nothing was done to fix any of these. Handyman was ordered into the apartment before we had given notice that we were moving out, changed the locks, and bagged up all of our things and either threw them outside or tossed them in a pile. Items were broken, torn apart, and simply came up missing. Anything of value was placed outside and found to be "stolen" the next day. These living conditions were abysmal, Dale has horrendous people skills, policies are not consistant, and there is no course to getting anything fixed if it is broken. Do not rent from them. They are lucky there is no habitability law in Arkansas.

Very disrespectful to you when asking to get things fixed around the house. when we walked the house, the carpet had black stains and grass was up to belt line, we asked them if the carpets could be cleaned and the yard mowed. They said it would happen, it never happened and when we asked to have it done they argued and said they cleaned the carpets, already and never did it. which no they didnt we have a picture of how dirty they were. And has been in a yelling argument over the phone with my roommate when asking for a issue to be fixed in the house. Nice houses but terrible land lords.

I've rented for 8 years at 3 different houses and have nothing but good things to say about mullins property management
