I recently hired Real Prop Mgmt to manage my rental properties and have been very impressed. Teresa is doing a great job with the existing tenants and is also signing up new ones. The maintenance program is working out very well. All in all a very good experience!

I love it! very kind people they have worked with me to help get me into 2 houses now. Theresa Chappell has been so kind and very helpful, and the maintenance man is quick but a very hard worker. I'm so grateful for all their help!!!

I have lived at Remington Park since 2008 and love living here. Over the past 4-5 year RPM has been here, this is the best it has been. The staff is trying their hardest to clean up the outside patios, and let me tell you how nice it looks all cleaned up. Maintenance is always on top of maintenance issues, and every time I see Teresa she is always so sweet. RPM has a wonderful staff here at Remington Park.

I recently moved into Remington Apartments in Siloam Springs Ar. Easily a five star experience for me. It is my first apartment on my own and the manager, Theresa, made it very painless and comfortable. She has been available for any questions I have had, and handles everything in a helpful and professional manner. Additionally, my apartment was very nice when I moved in. Everything was spotless and the grounds look very clean. My neighbors are quite and I have not had an issue with parking at all. Overall, a five star review.

I have lived at Remington for over 4 years and I love it. The management is great at taking care of your need and they take pride in keeping the property clean and maintained. The main ranch responds to problems quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend Remington to anyone looking for an apartment me and my family love living here.
