Dick and Diane at Property Pros NWA have been incredible partners for managing my rental. From my first meeting with them, they have been diligent, responsive, thoughtful and trustworthy. If there's an issue with my home that a renter needs taken care of, they let me know right away and are in constant communication while resolving it. Thanks to their efforts, I know that my property is being well taken care of, and I feel confident that the resident is also being taken care of in a respectful and timely way. We are so glad we used NWA Property Pros to manage our property while living abroad. Dick and Diane handled everything for us and it was a huge relief to know our house and tenants were in good hands with them. One of the best benefits they offered was their network of service provider-repairs were completed quickly and at a fraction of the cost we would have paid otherwise. Highly recommend them for quick response times and an honest work ethic as well.

Property Pros NWA have been absolutely fantastic to work with, I recommend them highly! I met with both Real Property Management and Property Pros NWA before i made my decision on which to go with. I got a large company/commercial vibe from Real Property Management, which is not what me and my wife were after. After meeting with Dick and Diane i knew they were the right fit for us and our house. They have been very quick to respond to questions and were prompt at setting up a viewing of our house and formulating a game plan for getting it on the market and rented. They had several renters lined up ready to sign a lease on the date we had decided upon. The whole process went smoothly and felt very organized. Since getting our house rented they have been very easy to get in touch with and have provided regular updates to keep us in the loop as we are out of state now. They are some of the nicest people you'll meet and have truly had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process. If your looking for a property management company that has a wealth of experience and provides phenomenal service to both its owners and renters than look no further!

I don't think there's enough words to explain just how amazing Property Pros NWA is. I have had the best experience with them and wouldn't change it for the world. When I was just about to give up I went to look at a property and from the moment I met them I had a feeling that my luck had just changed. Dick and Diane are great people who care and are definitely fair! I can't say thank you enough.

Dick and Diane are incredible property managers and just all around great people. Dick will come over at a moment's notice to fix something and Diane is extremely kind and helpful. They work hard to make sure things are done quickly and professionally. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!
