Summit has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I recently moved in and they made it by far the smoothest transtition possible! Misty goes above and beyond to be available and help in anyway she can! Such a nice property and staff!

Do not rent from them!!!!! My husband and I just found out he had a brain injury from a car bomb when he was in the military. Because of this and his days cut at work and other expenses. We could no longer afford this place. We called and I begged them to just let us transfer to a cheaper place, they said NO. My husband looses his job we lost our cars and evection was on the door. Well we leave the place just as we got it except there was one place where one of those candle warmers fell and got on the wall. I did the best I could cleaning but it didn’t work any way they just put a little paint over it. Now they want to send us a bill for over $5000.00. Ok we are homeless we have nothing my husband it fixing to be 100% disabled and then this. These people are heartless. I have never seen such cruel people that won’t just move us to a cheaper place we could have paid for with his VA benefits tell I found a job. I do have a job now, but there is no way I can cover this so they are going to put a judgement against us. We are going to fight this but please look around these apartments are over priced there is a lot nicer for cheaper. And you won’t have to deal with trash in your yard all the time or uncaring people.

The best company I have rented through so far! Very quick to fix anything that needs to be. Awesome people that are extremely easy to work with. The properties are very nice and well kept. Very happy with where I am at!

Summit PM is a great resource for rental properties in NW Arkansas. The staff takes care of their residents and makes them feel at home immediately in their new places. They are very accommodating.

I love my townhome and community! It's clean, quiet, and convenient. Not to mention, every time I visit the Summit office, they are always smiling, and very polite. I couldn't be more happier with my decision to reside with Summit Properties!
